RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Corral Western Wear values your business! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at corralww@gmail.com for authorization of return/exchange 30 days from purchase. Purchases made from Thanksgiving Day to Christmas Day have until January 15.
Items must be in as-new condition (must have all tags, unwashed, unworn, original packaging). This includes inner and outer tags for hats and unscratched soles on boots. Proof of purchase will be required.
Please do not send items purchased through corralwwtx.com back to the manufacturer.
Sale/Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur on items being returned. Be sure to include proof of purchase inside the package. Refund will be issued to original method of payment as soon as items are received and inspected. Check with your financial institution if refund does not post within 3-5 business days.
